NYXQLAB-Vault es un software de copia de seguridad y cifrado post-cuántico distribuido «tal cual» (as-is), sin garantías expresas ni implícitas de ningún tipo.
NyxqLab y sus desarrolladores no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por pérdida de datos, interrupción del servicio, daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso, mal uso o incapacidad de uso de este software, incluyendo pero no limitado a:
- Pérdida o corrupción de datos almacenados o procesados por el sistema.
- Fallos en los procesos de backup, restauración o cifrado por causas ajenas al software.
- Configuraciones incorrectas realizadas por el administrador del sistema.
- Incompatibilidades con sistemas operativos, hardware o redes de terceros.
- Incumplimientos normativos derivados de una implantación incorrecta.
El usuario es el único responsable de verificar la integridad de sus copias de seguridad, de mantener las claves criptográficas en lugar seguro y de cumplir con la normativa aplicable en su jurisdicción (RGPD, ENS, DORA, HIPAA, etc.).
NYXQLAB-Vault is a post-quantum backup and encryption software distributed "as-is", without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
NyxqLab and its developers accept no liability for data loss, service interruption, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse or inability to use this software, including but not limited to:
- Loss or corruption of data stored or processed by the system.
- Failures in backup, restore or encryption processes due to causes beyond the software.
- Incorrect configurations made by the system administrator.
- Incompatibilities with third-party operating systems, hardware or networks.
- Regulatory non-compliance resulting from incorrect deployment.
The user is solely responsible for verifying the integrity of their backups, keeping cryptographic keys in a secure location, and complying with applicable regulations in their jurisdiction (GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, etc.).
Datos que procesa el software:
- Metadatos de dispositivos registrados (nombre de host, dirección IP local, sistema operativo).
- Rutas y nombres de los ficheros incluidos en las copias de seguridad.
- Registros de auditoría internos (operaciones, fechas, resultados).
- Datos de contacto del administrador (email) almacenados localmente en la base de datos SQLite del servidor.
Lo que NYXQLAB-Vault NO hace:
- No transmite ningún dato a servidores externos. Todo el procesamiento ocurre en la red interna del cliente.
- No contiene telemetría, analytics ni seguimiento de uso.
- No accede a los contenidos de los archivos cifrados una vez almacenados.
- Las claves criptográficas privadas nunca se almacenan sin protección en disco.
El responsable del tratamiento de los datos es exclusivamente la organización que despliega e instala este software en sus propias instalaciones. NyxqLab actúa únicamente como proveedor del software, no como encargado del tratamiento.
Data processed by the software:
- Registered device metadata (hostname, local IP address, operating system).
- File paths and names included in backups.
- Internal audit logs (operations, timestamps, results).
- Administrator contact information (email) stored locally in the server's SQLite database.
What NYXQLAB-Vault does NOT do:
- Does not transmit any data to external servers. All processing occurs within the client's internal network.
- Contains no telemetry, analytics or usage tracking.
- Does not access the contents of encrypted files once stored.
- Private cryptographic keys are never stored unprotected on disk.
The data controller is exclusively the organization that deploys and installs this software on its own premises. NyxqLab acts solely as software vendor, not as data processor.

- Redistribuir, sublicenciar, vender o ceder el software a terceros sin autorización escrita de NyxqLab.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar el software.
- Eliminar o alterar los avisos de copyright, marcas o atribuciones incluidas en el software.
- Utilizar el software para propósitos ilegales o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
El código criptográfico de este producto incluye implementaciones de estándares publicados por el NIST (FIPS 203, FIPS 204). Los algoritmos en sí son de dominio público; la implementación específica es propiedad de NyxqLab.

Use of NYXQLAB-Vault is subject to the commercial license purchased. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Redistributing, sublicensing, selling or transferring the software to third parties without NyxqLab's written authorization.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software.
- Removing or altering copyright notices, trademarks or attributions included in the software.
- Using the software for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
The cryptographic code in this product includes implementations of standards published by NIST (FIPS 203, FIPS 204). The algorithms themselves are in the public domain; this specific implementation is the property of NyxqLab.
